This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding payments made to Webblyfy.ca ("Webblyfy," "we," "our," "us").
By purchasing our services, whether through our website, email, phone, or in person, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy in its entirety.

Webblyfy provides custom, service-based work, including but not limited to web development, business launch assistance, branding, consultations, and marketing support. Because all of our services are highly personalized and tailored to each client’s needs, all sales are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable Canadian law.

2. No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

All payments made to Webblyfy are non-refundable.
This policy applies without exception, including (but not limited to) situations where:

  • The client experiences project delays, regardless of the cause

  • The client changes their mind after placing an order

  • The client is dissatisfied with the design style, creative direction, or marketing results

  • The client’s business circumstances change, such as budget cuts, restructuring, or closure

  • The client fails to provide requested materials or approvals, causing project delays

  • The client requests cancellation after work has begun

  • The project takes longer than expected due to revisions, scope changes, or external factors

  • The client disagrees with strategic or creative recommendations provided by Webblyfy

  • The client fails to utilize the deliverables after completion

By engaging our services, you agree that project timelines may vary based on complexity, client responsiveness, and other factors — and such variations will never be grounds for a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Services

In addition to the above, the following items and services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Non-refundable deposits made to secure project start dates

  • Completed or partially completed work (even if not yet delivered to the client)

  • Third-party expenses paid on the client’s behalf, including but not limited to:

    • Domain name registration fees

    • Web hosting services

    • Software licenses or subscription fees

    • Paid advertising spend

    • Stock photography, fonts, or design elements

  • Consultation or strategy sessions once booked, regardless of attendance

  • Digital marketing campaigns once initiated, regardless of performance outcomes

4. Billing Errors

The only circumstance in which a refund will be issued is in the event of a billing error directly caused by Webblyfy, such as:

  • Duplicate charges for the same service

  • Incorrect billing amounts that were overpaid

In such cases, Webblyfy will process a full refund of the overcharged amount within 14 business days using the original payment method.

5. Dispute Resolution & Waiver of Chargebacks

By using our services, you agree to:

  1. Attempt to resolve any payment disputes directly with Webblyfy before initiating a chargeback or formal dispute with your payment provider.

  2. Waive your right to initiate any chargeback for reasons related to project delays, dissatisfaction, changes of mind, or perceived differences in expectations versus deliverables.

  3. Understand that initiating an unjustified chargeback constitutes a breach of contract and may result in legal action to recover owed funds and related costs.

6. Waiver of Class Actions & Legal Claims

By engaging Webblyfy’s services, you:

  • Waive your right to participate in any class action lawsuit, group legal claim, or joint dispute against Webblyfy, its owners, management, employees, contractors, or affiliates.

  • Agree that any disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in the Province of Ontario, Canada.

  • Accept that any legal claim must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, after which it will be permanently barred.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing all requested materials, content, and feedback within agreed timelines

  • Reviewing and approving deliverables promptly to avoid delays

  • Understanding that project timelines are estimates, not guarantees

  • Acknowledging that revisions, additional requests, and scope changes may extend delivery timelines without eligibility for a refund

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the “Last Updated” date.
